Boyd Bushman, an engineer and inventor at Lockheed Martin Aeronautics Co., the nation's largest aerospace company, has sued his employer, claiming that the company, directed by the government, suppressed an invention that he believes has implications as a portable and inexpensive way of generating energy.
Lockheed has had the suit removed to federal court. The complaint asserts that the value of Mr. Bushman's 20% revenue profit share has been substantially reduced by the failure to promote the concept.
The patent at issue, U.S. Patent No. 5,384,802, describes a way of turning a jet engine into a powerful laser weapon. According to military technology expert John Pike of GlobalSecurity.org, the U.S. Air Force recently studied the utility of lightweight laser-weapon-equipped aircraft. Lockheed declined to comment. Mr. Bushman's attorney is B. Buzz Deitchman of Dallas' Law Office of B. Buzz Deitchman. Counsel for Lockheed is Herbert J. Hammond of Dallas' Thompson & Knight.

ZERO POINT and the SCHUMANN RESONANCE
Believe it or not, the Earth behaves like an enormous electric circuit.
The atmosphere is actually a weak conductor and if there were no sources of charge, its existing electric charge would diffuse away in about 10 minutes. There is a 'cavity 'defined by the surface of the Earth and the inner edge of the ionosphere 55 kilometers up. At any moment, the total charge residing in this cavity is 500,000 Coulombs.
There is a vertical current flow between the ground and the ionosphere of 1 - 3 x 10^-12 Amperes per square meter. The resistance of the atmosphere is 200 Ohms. The voltage potential is 200,000 Volts. There are about 1000 lightning storms at any given moment worldwide. Each produces 0.5 to 1 Ampere and these collectively account for the measured current flow in the Earth's 'electromagnetic' cavity.
We are creating an environment that is literally `
out of tune
' with Nature itself. There is an urgent need for us to understand how everything alive responds to the most subtle changes in magnetic and electromagnetic fields surrounding us.
The Schumann Resonances are quasi standing wave electromagnetic waves that exist in this cavity.
Like waves on a spring, they are not present all the time, but have to be 'excited' to be observed. They are not caused by anything internal to the Earth, its crust or its core. They seem to be related to electrical activity in the atmosphere, particularly during times of intense lightning activity. They occur at several frequencies between 6 and 50 cycles per second; specifically 7.8, 14, 20, 26, 33, 39 and 45 Hertz, with a daily variation of about +/- 0.5 Hertz. So long as the properties of Earth's electromagnetic cavity remains about the same, these frequencies remain the same. Presumably there is some change due to the solar sunspot cycle as the Earth's ionosphere changes in response to the 11-year cycle of solar activity.
Schumann resonances are most easily seen between 2000 and 2200 UT.
Earth's background base frequency, or "heartbeat," (called Schumann resonance, or SR) is rising dramatically
. Though it varies among geographical regions, for decades the overall measurement was 7.8 cycles per second. This was once thought to be a constant; global military communications developed on this frequency. Recent reports set the rate at over 11 cycles, and climbing. Science doesn't know why, or what to make of it. Gregg Braden found data collected by Norwegian and Russian researchers on this; it's not widely reported in the U.S. (The only reference to SR to be found in the Seattle Library reference section, is tied to the weather. Science acknowledges SR as a sensitive indicator of temperature variations and worldwide weather conditions. Braden believes the fluctuating SR may be a factor in the severe storms, floods, and weather of recent years.)
How does this affect humans and other life forms? - Every living cell in your body normally receives a message in the form of a 'PULSE' from the Earth's electromagnetic field at about 7.8 Hz to as much as 45 Hz (Hz = cycles per second). Without the mother pulse of energy, cells begin to die. This was first keenly observed when the first Cosmonaut Yuri Gararin returned from his trip outside the Earth's Ionosphere. In the absence of the magnetic pulse available on the surface of the Earth his cells began to die, but was restored upon returning to the surface and access to the Pulse. In subsequent flights, the Russians included a source of the low frequency electromagnetic Pulse, mimicking the Earth's, allowing the Cosmonauts to function far above the Earth's surface.
A Tuning Fork for Life
Although the existence of the Schumann Resonance is an established scientific fact, there are very few scientists who are aware of the importance of this frequency as a tuning fork for Life. It is proposed that it is a very important electromagnetic standing wave, acting as background frequency and influencing biological oscillators within the mammalian brain.
At the time when Schumann published his research results in the journal `Technische Physik',
Dr Ankermueller, a physician, immediately made the connection between the Schumann resonance and the alpha rhythm of brainwaves.
He found the thought of the earth having the same natural resonance as the brain very exciting and contacted Professor Schumann, who in turn asked a doctorate candidate to look into this phenomenon. This candidate was Herbert König who became Schumann's successor at Munich University. König demonstrated a correlation between Schumann Resonance's and brain rhythms. He compared human EEG recordings with natural electromagnetic fields of the environment (1979) and found that the main frequency produced by Schumann oscillations is very close to the frequency of alpha rhythms.
A DANGEROUS TEST
Professor R.Wever from the Max Planck Institute for Behavioral Physiology in Erling-Andechs, built an underground bunker which completely screened out magnetic fields.
Student volunteers lived there for four weeks in this hermetically sealed environment. Professor Wever noted that the student's circadian rhythms diverged and that they suffered emotional distress and migraine headaches. As they were young and healthy, no serious health conditions arose, which would not have been the case with older people or people with a compromised immune system. After only a brief exposure to 7.8 Hz (the very frequency which had been screened out), the volunteers health stabilized again.
In 1957, German physicist Dr W. O. Schumann
calculated the Earth/ionosphere cavity resonance frequencies (which were named after him). He fixed the most predominant standing wave at about 7.83 Hz.
A "tuned system" consists of at least two oscillators of identical resonant frequencies. If one oscillator starts emitting, the other will be activated by the signal very shortly, in the process of resonance, entrainment or kindling (igniting the resonance phenomenon among the neurons). It becomes obvious that in deep meditation, when waves of alpha and theta rhythms cascade across the entire brain, a resonance is possible between the human being and the planet. Energy and information which are embedded in a field are transferred. Perhaps the planet communicates with us in this primal language of frequencies.
The Solfeggio Frequencies
, they are basically frequencies that correspond with the tones Ut, Re, Mi, Fa, Sol, La, and in Hz are 396, 417, 528, 639, 741, 852 respectively.
These original sound frequencies were apparently used in Ancient Gregorian Chants
, such as the great hymn to St. John the Baptist, along with others that church authorities say were lost centuries ago. The chants and their special tones were believed to impart tremendous spiritual blessings when sung in harmony during religious masses.
